Sample Policy

Samples are the cheapest step you can take. They confirm fibre, curl, length, band and box fit before a production run is committed.

How sampling works

• Tell us which models you want to see, and whether you need a stock sample or a sample in your own printed box.
• We confirm what is available from stock and what has to be made, and give you a delivery estimate.
• You check the samples against the specification and either approve production or tell us what to adjust.

What to check when the samples arrive

• Curl and length against the specification you asked for
• Taper and tip: is the finish as soft or as pointed as you expected
• Band width and how it sits on the lid
• Box: does the tray hold the lash flat, does the print line up
• Weight per pair, because that is what your customers feel first
