Who you buy from matters as much as what you buy. Here is the basic information about the operation, and what we can send you to verify it.

Documents we can send on request

• Tell us which market you sell into and we will confirm which documents apply and what we can provide — material and test reports, factory photographs, and audit or inspection documents where you require them.
• Anything we cannot provide, we will say so rather than send you a document that does not match.

How we organise production

• Fibre and materials are held against confirmed orders rather than speculative stock.
• Each private label order keeps its approved artwork and specification on file for reorders.
• Packing and carton marks follow your forwarder's requirements, so the shipment is not held at the warehouse.

Seeing production before you order

• If you want to see the floor first, we can walk it on a video call: fibre storage, lash-making stations, quality checking and packing. It is the fastest way to check that a supplier is a real production floor rather than a trading desk.
